Fishtank Music Controller

The Fishtank Playback controller is an experimental prototype seeking to make music playback interactions tangible. Playback time of songs are physically represented by the level of water in the tank and by decreasing or increasing this, it is possible to seek backwards and forwards through the song. The prototype uses an Bluetooth LE enabled microcontroller and ultrasonic sensor to communicate with a smartphone app which controls Spotify. No fish were harmed in the making of this project!
